When Love dies...

Anyone who has gone through the agony of losing someone he/she loves so much will still wish against all odds to have that love back again. But sometimes, lost love is a love gone forever. No amount of hope can bring back to life a relationship that just died a natural death.

Set yourself free, let your heart spread its wings, and fly. Remember, it may rain for 40 days and 40 nights, but still, it will not rain forever. One day, the pouring will stop and there will be plenty of branches where you can find rest. One of these is where you will build your nest and start over again. It’s never too late. You may find love and lose it but, WHEN LOVE DIES, YOU NEVER DIE WITH IT.

You cannot be a redeemer all your life. The perfect way to evaluate a relationship is through the test of fire. You cannot be sober with your mistake forever. We all fall and make wrong decisions, but our blunders are not meant to bury us deep in misery but to teach us the valued lessons of life. Loving is always a learning process... with love we learn how to CARE AND SACRIFICE. We learn to SHARE AND REACH OUT. We learn to be UNSELFISH AND GIVE MORE THAN WE CAN. Then, when everything doesn’t end well, we learn how it feels like to fall and get hurt.

But learning doesn’t have to end there. After our fall, we strive to get back on our feet and move on. This is where we learn that LIFE DOESN’T END WHERE OUR HEARTACHES BEGIN. THERE'S NO FUTURE FOR A RELATIONSHIP OF LIES AND SELFISHNESS. It is true, there is life in love. But, there can still be life even after losing love if you leave the past behind and let your heart heal, and give you the chance to find yourself again.

The success of a relationship lies not only in the beauty of its beginning but in its consistency. Make a choice, not on impulse but a decision based on a healthy balance of mind and heart. Let us always remember that…" HAPPINESS IS NOT A MATTER OF DESTINY BUT A MATTER OF CHOICE".
You don’t have to forget someone you love, what you need to learn is how to accept the verdict of reality without being bitter or sorry for yourself. You would be better off giving that dedication and love to someone more deserving.

Moving on...

Question: Is it really possible for us to forget a person or a part of our life completely? As in amnesia type of forgetting? Can we erase part of our past and not look back? Every time we are faced with heartache or make a major "boo-boo" in our life the most common advice we get is to forget about it and move on...

But is the human mind capable of forgetting something that caused us the deepest pain in our lives?
If so, moving on would be as easy as snapping our fingers, the problem is we always equate moving on with forgetting, the irony... how can we move on if we forget? You move on from what?

To move on is to accept that things are not the way you want them to be... so what if you've been praying for it all your life? Maybe it was not meant to be! Maybe the oracles of destiny have other things planned for you...

You just need to accept that once in your life (or for the nth time) you succumb to stupidity and made a mistake, that you are not perfect, that you are only human. It might have caused you pain and gallons of tears but it is not the end for you, it is not the end of the world... you just learn how to be careful and be cautious next time. so, what if you scraped your knee even your face, stand up, and walk with your head up, a lot are more stupid than you; they are those who stay down and pity themselves, they are those who missed your worth.

Believe in the law of Karma, you need not get even yourself fate will definitely send somebody to do that for you!

Love is a risk

In everything you do, there's a risk involved. Every time you smile and share it with the world, every time you cry you are opening yourself to hurt. Some people walk slowly through life, avoiding the risk of it. Sidestepping the things they cannot understand.

Turning away from those who care too much, those who care to stay too long, those who hold too tightly. There is never an easy way to Love, you cannot approach it cautiously. It will not wait for you to arm yourself. It does not care if you turn away, it is everywhere, and it is everything.

Love is the greatest of all risks. It is not that dependable, it is not prudent, it is not orderly, it doesn't prejudice and unmerciful. It strikes the strongest of mind and brings them to their knees in one blow.

Love is SURRENDER without a loss. It is a gift without a cost. It consumes your every thought and wishes, every breath you take; it is a fire that fuels you. To do more than pass through life, urges you instead, to live.

The risk of love never depletes, it grows stronger and more dangerous with time. But, it is in the total surrender of all defenses, that we no matter weak or strong, no matter willing or captive, no matter what we truly experience LOVE. No matter the outcome having felt love, you will never be the same. It may scar your heart and soul and leave you only memories of forever, or it may cause every day of your life, to feel like there is no need for tomorrow...

But Love is worth it, it is worth the risks...for in all of Life, LOVE is truly the only risk worth taking for...

Share a table gain a friend

During our last stopover on our way to this beach to catch the sunrise, we decided to grab our early breakfast and coffee at a small establishment.... it was a busy day I can see... I think people are grabbing the last chance of their vacation.... since it is far from the city; there is a cool breeze which I really enjoy every time it will touch my face..... there were just a few tables around.

I read a suggestion in the bright-colored paper that says, share a table, gain a friend, most of my company decided to get sandwiches and drinks and walk around, I grabbed a cup of coffee instead and some freshly baked bread, I sit at the corner close my eyes and inhale the fresh air... A few minutes had passed; I heard a nice girly voice,

Is this seat taken?

when I open my eyes, I saw 3 good-looking people in front of me, one is a guy with his obvious girlfriend and the other one is kind of looked like Channing Tatum, I saw their surfboards so I assume they are surfers, They are just visiting the place to surf and experience the waves there.

They sit beside me ask me a few questions about the Place, the culture, the locals, and what are the delicious foods that they can experience eating. their warm smiles made me at ease, before I know it, I am starting to laugh with them. before we part ways, Alice the girlfriend gets my number and my Facebook account. she said we can hang out next time and gave me a wink, whatever she means by that, I know because of that shared table I gain new friends...

When was the last time you give yourself a chance to know a total stranger???

Importance of Proper Nutrition

There is a huge effect of not having proper nutrition in the fast-paced lifestyle we have today, instead of eating a well-balanced meal we usually submit ourselves to a quick and ready to eat high preservatives food due to our busy everyday life in result we develop the disease at an early age like hypertension, diabetes, arthritis, etc.

We should know the importance of proper nutrition in our day to day lives like develop eating a healthy breakfast so instead of eating junk in the morning why not eat fruits and vegetables in your first meal of the day, try to have more protein than carbohydrates so that you can build a lean muscle and not a muscle covered with fats.

We all know that most of the food we eat is composed of simple carbohydrates meaning they are a quick energy source but do not supply any other source of nutrients like Sugar, Candies, Artificial syrup, cakes and pastries, cookies.

Check the Glycemic index of your Carbohydrates if it belongs to Simple or Complex carbohydrates.

Let’s try to drink at least 3 liters a day, some don’t like the taste of water because there’s no taste at all so try to put some flavor like citrus or lemon. Like what they say hydrate..hydrate..hydrate.

Don’t skip meals your body needs nutrients, if you skip meals you starving your body to the nutrients it needs in a whole day remember to have 3 meals a day breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Know your calorie intake per day from your RMR (resting metabolic rate) in that way you can control the food you eat daily and can avoid binge eating.

Try to instill in your mind even if we have a busy life let's not forget our proper nutrition, Having Proper Nutrition can improve your health as well as your well-being.
